Please can we kindly ask you to follow the  rules below to ensure that the Villa is kept in a good condition for others to enjoy.

1. The villa is part of a community that restricts noise to a minimum after 10pm, so please avoid loud music or other excessive noise after 10pm.

2. Outside Area:

• Please be careful around the pool area and do not leave children unattended in the pool at any time
• No running or diving around the pool
• If it begins to rain, please kindly bring outside cushions into the house or where they can be covered from the rain and take the parasols down if windy
• Please do not use or take any glass items into the pool area
• Kindly use a towel when sitting on the furniture outside
• Be very careful in walking into the house with wet feet as the marble floor can become very slippery and may cause an accident
• Keeping the noise levels down will always be helpful, keeping the neighbours happy is very important, especially after midnight

3. Ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the villa, activate the alarm. Please remember to screw back in the security bolts in the patio doors, these make it impossible to anyone to force entry by breaking the locking those doors

4. If you are leaving for the day we ask you to kindly to turn off all lights and AC units

5. Please dispose of all rubbish at the end of your stay in the appropriate bins

6. Please do not allow any strangers to enter the property - unless we have informed you in advance

7. Please only use the pool towel in the garden, they will always be the larger ones

8. No smoking inside the villa

9. We ask you kindly to fill in our Guest feedback book found in the living room, this will help us improve our service
