Villa La Corsa is a beautifully remodelled Spanish villa, perfectly positioned in a peaceful residential area of Marbella and designed for relaxed, sociable living with family and friends. The villa is set within a large private garden, offering multiple seating areas where you can unwind, dine, or simply enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.


Spend your time lounging on sunbeds beside the generous heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi , or cooking and entertaining in the spacious, newly upgraded outdoor kitchen , complete with a top-of-the-range BBQ and views of the iconic La Concha mountain. Local bars and restaurants are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy evenings out without the need for a car.


The main entrance opens into a charming interior courtyard centred around a striking 400-year-old olive tree. From here, floor-to-ceiling windows draw you through to a stunning view of the pool, gardens and La Concha beyond, creating an immediate sense of space and light.

Arranged over three levels, the villa offers five generously sized en-suite bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and TVs, with one family room able to sleep up to four. The layout of the house allows for excellent privacy, making it ideal for larger groups or multi-generational stays. The master suite occupies the upper level and includes a walk-in wardrobe, a double shower, a bath, and beautiful views overlooking the pool and La Concha.


The games room with a new pool table overlooks the lower reception and dining areas and is complemented by a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The downstairs level features a stylish lounge with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with IPTV, also available in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer and dishwasher, providing everything needed for indoor dining.


However, many guests choose to make the most of the impressive outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with fridges, freezers, dishwasher, wine cooler and ice machine. Grill your meals on the BBQ and gather around the large outdoor dining table overlooking the pool — perfect for long lunches and relaxed evenings. The swimming pool is ideal for both leisure and proper swimming and is surrounded by palm trees within the landscaped garden. A saltwater filtration system ensures the water feels smooth and fresh, with significantly reduced chlorine content compared to traditional pools, making it gentler on skin, hair and eyes.


As evening falls, enjoy a game of table tennis , relax on the terrace or in the jacuzzi, and take in the sunset over La Concha. At night, the garden and pool area are beautifully lit, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere to end the day.

Getting around

Villa La Corsa is a 35 minute drive from Malaga Airport and 55 minutes from Gibraltar Airport.

We would recommend hiring a car to make the most of the area.  Secure off street parking for two cars is available through the main gates. Cars can also be parked for free on the street.

Bike hire is also available in the local Aloha area (5 min walk).


Neighborhood

Villa La Corsa is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood with local amenities a short walk away.

The Aloha district (5 minutes walk) will provide for all your immediate needs, with a pharmacy, medical centre, supermarkets, deli and fabulous gelateria. Not to mention the numerous bars and restaurants.

Heading further south the Centro Commerical Centro Plaza is a 10 minute walk away, with a further selection of cafes and boutique shops. Make sure you visit the Saturday morning market.

Another 10 minutes south (past the historic bull ring) brings you to the upmarket marina of Puerto Banus, home to designer shops and a buzzing nightlife.  Satisfy your shopping needs or relax and admire the luxury yachts at one of the many bars and restaurants.

Nueva Andalucia is sometimes known as 'golf valley' with several championship golf courses just over 5 minutes drive away. Local courses include Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery.

Stroll along the beautiful beach side promenade stretching 4.3 miles from Puerto Banus to Marbella, relaxing on the sandy beaches and at the many bars and restaurants along the way. You are also able to hire bicycles and cycle along this stretch of the coast.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Aqualand, Torremolinos: With five water slides, a mini-golf course, a climbing wall and a jacuzzi, there is something for the whole family at this water park. Aqualand has been noted to be one of the best waterparks in Spain.

Crocodile Park, Torremolinos: Kids will love Crocodile Park, which is home to over 200 crocodiles. This is a great opportunity for any reptile lovers in the family to see up close and personal some amazing species and even have the chance to handle some of the smaller ones!

Garden of Eagles, Benalmadena:  Visit the "Garden of Eagles", hop on the cable car and enjoy the 160 different species of birds of prey which are on display here. There is also a fascinating golden eagle performance.

Butterfly Park, Benalmadena:  When you enter this Thai-themed butterfly park, you are instantly transported into the hot, humid jungles of South-East Asia. Offering tropical plants, waterfalls, exotic animals and 1,500 beautiful butterflies.

Sea Life Aquarium, Benalmadena The Sea Life Aquarium at Benalmadena is an unforgettable experience for the whole family, stimulating and fascinating for adults and children alike. Here, you can see almost every type of sea creature imaginable from tropical fish to sharks and you can even hold a crab or starfish!
